Include delivery instructions and recipient details at checkout. If no one's home, we'll leave the bouquet in a secure spot and send a photo; we can't be responsible for flowers after delivery.

How to order: DM @forma.floral or email info@forma-floral.com with your name, date needed, pickup or delivery (+ address), size or bud vase set, and your style or palette. A deposit holds your date; the balance is due before pickup/delivery.
