Frequently Asked Questions
Do you use sustainable practices?
Yes — whenever possible, we source flowers from local growers and focus on what’s seasonally available. We also choose more sustainable design methods and materials whenever we can, reducing reliance on floral foam and opting for reusable or natural mechanics.
While there may be rare cases where floral foam or other conventional methods are necessary, our priority is always to design with intention, minimize waste, and respect the environment.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Local delivery within San Francisco is available for an additional fee.
Delivery in the greater Bay Area may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: If no one is present to receive the delivery, we’ll do our best to leave your arrangement in a safe, secure spot. However, we are not responsible for any damage, theft, or changes to the arrangement once it has been delivered. Because flowers are perishable and sensitive to their environment, prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions — including direct sunlight, heat, or wind — can affect their freshness and speed up the aging process.
Pickup is also available in the Mission/Bernal area.
How far in advance should I place an order?
For custom arrangements, at least 3–7 days’ notice is ideal.
For weddings, installations, and events, we recommend booking 2–6 months in advance.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. For events, cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund of payments beyond the deposit. For everyday arrangements, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery to receive a refund.
Because flowers are a perishable, seasonal product, all sales are final once delivered. We do everything possible to provide fresh, beautiful florals, but it’s important to understand that flowers are living, delicate products and require proper care once they leave our hands.
If you feel your arrangement did not meet expectations or if flowers faded sooner than expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the situation. While we can’t guarantee refunds, we’re committed to making it right whenever possible a valid quality issue occurs.
Please also note: once a delivery is completed, we are not responsible for any damage, theft, or changes to the flowers that occur after drop-off. If no one is home to receive the delivery, we’ll do our best to leave it in a safe location, but environmental factors such as heat, direct sunlight, wind, or prolonged outdoor exposure can significantly impact the freshness and longevity of your arrangement.
How do I take care of my Flowers?
Top up the water as soon as you get your arrangement home! Some water may have spilled out in transport
Keep them cool: Place arrangements away from direct sunlight, heaters, or drafts.
Change the water: Refresh vase water every 1–2 days. If possible, trim stems at an angle each time.
Remove fading blooms: This helps the rest of the flowers last longer and keeps the water cleaner.
Use clean vases: Bacteria shortens vase life, so rinsing vases between water changes is key.
Keep away from ripening fruit: Fruit gives off ethylene gas, which can cause flowers to wilt prematurely.
Enjoy the process: Flowers are living, seasonal materials — part of their beauty is in how they shift and fade over time.
Can I get an exact replica of a previous bouquet or my inspiration photo?
Because flowers are seasonal and availability changes week to week, I can’t promise an exact replica of any arrangement or inspiration image. What I can promise is that I’ll do my. best capture the same mood, palette, and feeling using the best seasonal blooms available at the time.
Each piece is one of a kind — that’s part of what makes it special.
